Lauzon, Samuel
Samuel Lauzon is a biologist who graduated from Laval University (B. Sc., 2014). He also holds a diploma of college studies in biological inventory and research techniques from the Cégep de Sainte-Foy (2013) and a diploma of vocational studies in protection and exploitation of wildlife territories from what is now Harricana school service center’s Vocational education training center in Amos (2000). In 2013, he joined the Direction de la recherche forestière (DRF) as a wildlife technician, contributing to several research projects primarily focused on the spruce budworm and biodiversity in residual forests and dead wood. In 2022, he joined the DRF's knowledge dissemination and transfer team as a forest scientific knowledge transfer agent. His current responsibilities include editing the DRF’s extension publications and organizing various knowledge transfer activities.
