Therefore, it is prohibited for anyone to do, without authorization, an activity likely to modify a biological, physical or chemical element specific to the habitat of an animal or fish. Let us not forget that even small jobs can cause damage to fish habitat. If you witness such acts, report them to a wildlife protection officer by calling S.O.S. Braconnage at 1-800-463-2191 or by visiting a regional wildlife protection office. Let us not forget that any environment where there is water, even periodically (in the spring, for example), can be vital for fish.
