The Parks Regulation

The Parks Regulation  (Chapter P-9, r. 25), pursuant to the Parks Act, specifies elements related to zoning, operator roles, administrative rules for the activities and services provided, including certain conditions related to visitor stays. Each park is also subject to its own regulation, which provides a technical description of park boundaries.

Furthermore, the Parks Regulation details access fees which were established in Québec parks during the 2001-2002 season. Introduction of these fees was seen by the Government as an acceptable means to obtain support from all visitors to protect, and further enhance the parks.
