Section 35

1
Objective
- To allow certain forest development activities in or near a particular place
Explanations
An opening not wider than 5 m may be cleared in the strip of woodland alongside an open peat bog with a pond, a marsh, a riparian shrub swamp, a lake or a permanent watercourse to dig a drainage ditch. The ditch evacuates water from the settling pond to the outlet.
