Section 74

A road other than a felling or hauling trail or other than a trail intended for motorized all-terrain vehicles must be built, improved, repaired or maintained while respecting the natural drainage of the soil in order to maintain, by the installation of a drainage channel, the normal flow of the water from one side of the road to the other.
