Division II – Open peat bogs (unwooded) with a pond, marshes, riparian shrub swamps, lakes and permanent watercourses
Section 31
Despite section 27, a maximum of 3 visual openings may be cleared in the strip of woodland where a forest camp is established near a peat bog with a pond, a marsh, a riparian shrub swamp, a lake or a permanent watercourse. The width of each opening must not exceed 10% of the length of the strip of woodland separating the camp from those environments.

The stumps, grass and advance growth must be preserved in those openings.

Only one road not exceeding 5 m in width and leading to the environments referred to in the first paragraph may be developed for all the openings.
