§1. General

Every person who intends to do repair work on a road, bridge or culvert must, at least 7 days before the work is to begin, send to the Minister a written notice describing the intended work and showing the place and date of beginning of the work.

Additional information
Repair work on a road, bridge or culvert is governed by several sections of the Regulation. However, repair work is not included in the types of work (construction, improvement or closure of a multi-purpose road) that require authorization under the Sustainable Forest Development Act 
.
It is recommended to fill the available Notice of repair work of a road, a bridge or a culvert form (in French) for the Minister.
