Section 122

A minimum distance of 100 m must be kept between a sandpit operating area and the boundaries of an ecological reserve established under the Natural Heritage Conservation Act This link opens a new window (chapter C-61.01), a proposed ecological reserve referred to in that Act or a national park established under the Parks Act This link opens a new window (chapter P-9). The distance must also be maintained between a sandpit operating area and the boundaries of the habitat of a threatened or vulnerable wildlife or plant species identified under the Act respecting the conservation and development of wildlife This link opens a new window (chapter C-61.1) or the Act respecting threatened or vulnerable species This link opens a new window (chapter E-12.01).
