§2. Prohibited construction, improvement or repair

The construction of a bridge or a culvert is prohibited on a winter road or in felling or hauling trails.

Additional information
A removable structure may be installed on a winter road or in a felling or hauling trail. Sections 110 to 113 of the Regulation specify the standards applicable to removable structures.
