§7. Control of the access of motorized vehicles to sugar bushes

Section 84

The holder of a sugar bush management permit may, on the conditions provided for in section 85, control the access of motorized vehicles to the main building used for boiling the sap by means of a gate or any other safe means approved by the Minister and indicated in the permit, that the holder may install for that purpose.
